" I CAN’T DO IT "
Have you ever stopped to think how many times you say that in a day?
This is a phrase widely used by the vast majority of people who start training Jiu Jitsu.
When facing a slightly more complex movement, or something that they don't quite understand how it works, or even in some situation outside their comfort zone, the chance of using that speech again is huge.
Being so common on a daily basis, we sometimes end up not even realizing what we are talking about. Have you ever thought about it?! Few people know that I CAN’T DO IT is a tremendous limitation for personal development in any area of life. When you say I CAN'T DO IT, you're actually telling the world that you don't have the capacity to do something. That you are not capable, that you do not have the competence to complete that task.
The I CAN’T DO IT subconsciously block you, it is already an automatic excuse for your failure or defeat.
Basically all moves in Jiu Jitsu are able to do within one hour of training.
You know that super complicated movement that you think you can't do? If you train it for at least one hour I'm sure that in the end, you will be able to do it.
If you are having difficulties or even in a bad situation in your life where you think that there is no way out or solution, do not say that you CAN’T DO IT. Say “I’M STRUGGLING”, "IT'S COMPLICATED", but never say I CAN'T DO IT.
I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT, IT’S ALL UP TO YOU!
